Shiloh, Pitt’s third child with his former partner Angelina Jolie, filed the paperwork on May 27, her 18th birthday, asking that her new legal name be Shiloh Jolie. It follows reports that Pitt, 60, wants to repair a “broken” bond with Shiloh. The actor’s other children – Vivienne, Zahara and Maddox – also do not use Pitt’s second name, according to reports. Jolie and Pitt share biological daughter Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne, 15, and three adopted children, Maddox, 22, Pax, 20 and Zahara, 19.

A daughter of actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt filed paperwork to legally remove “Pitt” from her name on the day she turned 18.
Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt submitted a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court on May 27 to change her name to Shiloh Nouvel Jolie, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The third-eldest of the former couple’s six children was born in Swakopmund, Namibia, on May 27, 2006. The siblings also include Maddox, Pax, Zahara and twins Knox and Vivienne.
