Macron will be saved and France will lose !! How? \ Newslooks \ Washington DC \

On Tuesday, June 27, 2023, a police officer in Parisian suburb shot dead a youth of Algerian descent.  The nation spiraled into chaos over the following week.  Mobs of rioters disguised as protestors have gone among the citizenry like lions among sheep and have had their way with the nation for a nearly a week now.  Who are these people?  What drives them?  What do they want?

The official narrative is that the “immigrants” are aggrieved poor, victims of French (read, white) elitism and have no options but to wildly riot because they hunger for justice and have no other way to get it.  This narrative is the dominant theme in every establishment press outlet, domestic and foreign.  This position is supported by “scholarship” from the usual suspects and defended by the corporate mouthpieces in the elite media outlets.  Well, this is not the eighteenth century and the bourbons are not running France.  This narrative is patently ridiculous.

However, leaving that for a moment, the better question asked is why.  “Why” is always the better question.  Once answered, it leads inexorably to all other answers.  Here, the “Why” is political power.  How do I know, I hear you ask?  Because organized and well-funded internal terror is always about political power.  Whether it was Italy’s black shirts, Germanys brown shirts, Ireland’s IRA, the KKK in America or the hired gangs in the central America, it is always about power.

Only the grift by the elites is new.  In years past, the elites bought power by paying for a dictator and his thugs with all the trappings and deal making power to go with that unholy arrangement.  The dictator let the elites financially run riot and while the dictator starred in the papers – for a time.  Always a liability, the dictator was eventually removed by force and the whole deal unraveled.

Now the elites are smarter.  They hide behind international organizations bent on reshaping the world in a “better” way and use hidden thugs like ANTIFA to do the heavy lift.  There is no dictator – just the power exercised by elites through hired thuggery.  The need for ANTIFA or the like has always been necessary.  The elites have never had the guts to do their own “wet work.” However, the current grift has no need for the dictator and all of the liability that goes with him – the middleman is cut out.

A graffiti reads “Justice for Nahel” on a wall Sunday, July 2, 2023 in Paris suburb Nanterre. A monument commemorating Holocaust victims and members of the French resistance during World War II in Nanterre was still defaced with graffiti Sunday, after it has been vandalized Thursday on the margins of a silent march to pay tribute to Nahel. Vandals painted anti-police slogans including “Police scum from Saint-Soline to Nanterre,” “Don’t forget or forgive,” and “Police, rapists, assassins” (AP Photo/Cara Anna )

They assemble and support each other while explaining the goodness behind the “largely peaceful protests.”  Whether it is Obama tweet-ranting about the injustice of white America (from a white guy’s yacht while munching foie gras and lobster) or Macron yucking it up with Elton John while France burns, the elites know no shame and are largely protected by the press from general scrutiny and judgement.

So, why France now?  Macron is the man in France and he is one of the club.  He will be protected – and, right now, needs protecting.  The right is on the march in France at a time when Macron looks weak.  After a very “necessary” (to the elites) but wildly unpopular series of pronouncements and dictates protecting the green agenda and illegal migrant invasion of France while increasing the age for retirement, Macron is in real trouble.  To keep him in power, the elites come to the rescue with the old canard – rightist violence that must be put down.

The killing of Nahel during a traffic check Tuesday, captured on video, shocked the country and stirred up long-simmering tensions between young people and police in housing projects and other disadvantaged neighborhoods around France. Sadly, in France, there isn’t much visible rightist outward presence.  If only France had their version of the Canadian truckers to demonize!   So, the violence – like most elsewhere – must be manufactured in the most enduring symbol of the right, law and order.  The police are generally right of center, popular institutions that must be demonized, then crushed, then defunded and then replaced as they quit or are imprisoned.  That is happening right now in France, all over Blue America, Brazil and other Western countries.

Much like the BLM riots in blue cities in the United States, the fire will be allowed to burn itself out and the elites will have cleared the ground for their rise.  So it will go in France.  The flames will die, the police will be publicly flogged, a few will be imprisoned, and no one will work on their behalf as the dominant media attacks them daily.  The elites will have taken steps to secure their position against the populist (and right leaning) opposition by trashing them and their police forces as the reason for the protests.  The political forces on the right will run for cover, as they always do, and lose the argument.  In the end, Macron will be saved, and France will lose out to thuggery and manipulation.
It’s an old story and a good one as it almost always works, for a time.
