The 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee saw thousands of delegates officially nominating Donald Trump as their presidential candidate.
Trump, visibly bearing a white bandage on his ear from an assassination attempt, appeared alongside his running mate, Ohio Sen. JD Vance, marking his first public appearance since the incident.
The convention featured prominent GOP officials and citizens delivering speeches criticizing President Joe Biden’s administration and advocating for Trump’s return to the White House.
Supporters adorned in cowboy hats, “Make America Great Again” caps, Trump masks, and American flag attire cheered enthusiastically throughout the event.
The atmosphere was described as a choreographed spectacle aimed at energizing Trump’s base and appealing to undecided voters.
